Well our week began crazy and hectic and well... ended that way as well!
I sit here now, Monday morning wondering what I'm going to do with all of this extra time! PLAY WITH MY KIDS! It was probably not wise to work in an office during tax season- WHILE also training a mustang for the mustang challenge.
So how did we do?
After the in hand coarse, Sierra placed 19th over all. she would have placed even higher if she had trotted... but she was shell shocked with the judges sitting in chairs in the arena- so i'm proud of her anyways!
After the mounted course, we ended the competition at #23.
I'm happy with that number considering that she also could not canter due to her underlying hip/hock issues. Speaking of which, I need to talk to Dr. Lisa at Wisconsin Equine Clinic about her taking a look.
LOL after that comment you're probably wondering???
Yes, she came home with us, thanks to a sponsorship from Pride Abrasives- Bristol, WI
